Bouldering 101 with Cody

Date: Tuesdays, May. 8th to 29th

Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm


Bouldering is the essential component of climbing – movement – and little else. The Bouldering 101 course covers basic and advanced climbing movement, and is an excellent introduction to the sport of rock climbing.


This course is a four week comprehensive course designed to teach the movement of rock climbing. This class will provide each participant with a solid understanding of upward movement on rock, covering essential climbing techniques, tactics, and terminology. Upon completion of this class, the lessons learned can be applied to any type of climbing. Enrollment in the class includes a 1 month membership to the gym. Class size is limited to 10 to ensure personal attention.

Basics of Meditation (Level 2 – Teacher Training)

Climbing is a full body activity that will also improve your self-confidence by allowing you to face your fears and achieve your goals. As a partner activity it’s also a great way to meet new friends. Pairing climbing with yoga, pilates, and strength training makes for a great combined work-out, working synergistically to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.


This ladies only class is designed to give you the freedom to investigate your strengths and how they can help you learn to climb. Over the 8-week course we will focus on proper foot and hand technique, balance, and problem solving skills - all in a supportive environment.
