Lead climbing is a fun way to challenge yourself emotionally.  By embracing your fear and taking responsibility for your choices, whatever they mey be, you strengthen your self-confidence and climb stronger.


BellaLEAD is a ladies only 8-week course, meeting once per week, for two hours.  We will learn lead climbing technique and safety, lead belaying with an ATC, touch upon basic and advanced climbing technique, and enhance our mental fitness through breath.  All under the careful, and supportive guidance of an experienced female instructor.

* please note: previous climbing experience is required (comfortable climbing 5.8)

Rock climbing is a full body activity, much like yoga or pilates, which makes it a great work-out. Rock climbing will also improve your self confidence by allowing you to face your fears and achieve your goals. As a partner activity its also a great way to meet new friends.


This ladies only class is designed to give you the freedom to investigate your strengths and how they can help you learn to climb. Over the 8-week course we will focus on proper foot and hand technique, balance, and problem solving skills - all in a safe and supportive environment. No experience is necessary. Join us!
